Issuer: Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 from firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) and applicable Revenue Departments.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. Submission deadline: 2026-10-17 at 01:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM through Punjab e-PS. Manual/hand bids and bank guarantee in lieu of e-bid security will not be accepted.
Procedure & security: Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Financial and technical proposals must be uploaded separately on Punjab e-PS. Bid security of 5% is required for each lot; the lowest bidder will be bound to deposit a performance security up to 10% of contract cost electronically through Punjab e-PS. Bids valid for 120 days from receipt.
Contract period: Frame Work Contract for year 2026-27 (up to 30-06-2027, extendable). Vendors may bid for individual lots or for all lots but cannot pick/choose particular items within a lot. Prices quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties as per government policy.
