National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage—Two Envelopes basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms/companies/sole proprietors for the procurement of Miscellaneous IT Equipment & Accessories for NUMS-KHINAMS.

| Procedure | Single Stage—Two Envelopes via PPRA E-PADS. Submit separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. |
| Bid Security | 2% of the total bid value (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of "NUMS". Original to be submitted physically at NUMS; scanned copy must be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before closing time. |
| Document Fee | Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of "NUMS" (NIT # 9010197-0) to obtain bidding documents from the procurement office during working hours. |
