Reserve / Upset price: PKR 8,000,000 (eight million).

Bid / deposit requirements: A demand draft of PKR 25,000 in favour of M/s ZTBL is required as bid security. The successful bidder must immediately deposit 25% of the bid amount by pay order; the remaining balance must be paid within 15 days from the date of documentation as directed by the court.

Conditions: Sale is subject to court approval. All applicable taxes, government dues, charges and fees on the property will be borne by the purchaser. The court reserves the right to accept or reject bids and to adjudicate sale formalities.
