Adamjee Insurance Sealed Bids: Disposal of 24 Salvage/Company Vehicles — Lahore

Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. invites sealed bids for the disposal of 24 salvage/company-maintained vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Inspections are available 09:00–17:00 at Plot #44-A, Block-E, Gulberg-II, Lahore. Submission deadline: 2026-10-01.

Key conditions:

• Reserve prices will be displayed on each vehicle.
• Participants must deposit Rs. 40,000 per vehicle as token money (refundable if bid is unsuccessful; not refundable if successful and will be adjusted against the sale price). Token money will be confiscated if payment is not made by the stipulated date.
• Bids must not contain overwriting or cutting; such bids will be rejected.
• Successful bidders must pay by payorder(s), collect vehicle documents by the last payment date and arrange transfer into buyer/nominee name before taking delivery.
• All transfer charges, taxes and duties payable to government departments are payable by the buyer.
• Withholding tax: 10% for filers, 20% for non-filers, charged on the offered price.
• Capital Value Tax (CVT) @ 01% on (offered price + 10% WHT); vehicles with engine displacement 1300 CC and below are excluded from CVT.
• The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning a reason.
