Rahnuma-FPAP Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Supply of Goods & Services

Rahnuma-FPAP invites registered firms/companies on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for pre-qualification as vendors to supply a wide range of goods and services for its programmes nationwide. Categories include medicines and medical equipment, surgical equipment, lab reagents, contraceptives, air ticketing, stationery, IT equipment, ICT maintenance/services, office furniture, catering, hotels, restaurant and vehicle maintenance, vehicle spare parts, tools, fuel, generator sale/repair service, electrical and CCTV cameras/services, plumbing, welding, solar system/repair and backup services, solar system installation/maintenance, building maintenance, civil work, wood work, rent & car hire services, security services, janitorial services, printing and publishing, and others.

Mandatory requirements: firms must be registered, on ATL, and provide NTN & GST certificates. Submission must include relevant experience and past performance (client list and proof of contracts), capabilities (personnel, staff, equipment, offices/locations), complete firm profile, commercial address, email and contact details, and copies of certificates. Profiles should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly specifying the category of bidding interest.

Submission deadline: profiles must be received by 2012-10-09.

Rahnuma-FPAP reserves the right to cancel the process or accept/reject any bid/profile without providing any reason.
