Communication & Works Department, 5th Buildings Division Lahore invites e-tenders for the listed scheme through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) where applicable. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system; physical instruments other than prescribed formats will not be accepted. Conditional tenders and tenders without required earnest money will be rejected. Manual bids will not be accepted.
