LESCO Invitation to Bid for Service/Maintenance Agreement of Canon & Xerox Printers (Tender No. 4456)

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from registered firms/vendors (Income Tax & Sales Tax) for Service Level / Maintenance Agreement of Canon and Xerox printers installed at LESCO IT centres. Delivery to Consignee's Stores at Chief (IT) Officer, 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station, Bari Road, Lahore.

Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications, method of procurement, submission procedure, bid bond/guarantee, bid validity, evaluation criteria and other conditions are available on LESCO website and e-procurement portals. Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted/uploaded on the E-PADs portal in accordance with the bidding documents. The hard copy of bid bond/guarantee should be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the same date/time.
