E-Tender: Addition/Alteration to Punjab House Karachi — Communication & Works Dept, Punjab

Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab (5th Buildings Division, Lahore) invites e-tender bids for one scheme: Addition/Alteration to Punjab House Karachi. Bidders must be PEC-registered contractors (minimum category C4 or above) with relevant specialized codes (CE09, CE10). The contractor shall produce the original PEC license showing the required specialization codes and renew PEC for the current financial year. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA rules; bids submitted only through the e-Procurement portal will be accepted.

Last date for submission of Technical & Financial bid on website: 2026-10-16 till 11:00 AM.

Opening of Technical bids on website: 2026-10-16 till 11:30 AM.

Opening of Financial bids: Will be conveyed after evaluation through EPADS.

Bid security: 5% of estimated cost to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments (e.g., Call Deposit Receipt) will not be accepted except as permitted by the e-Procurement rules. The procuring agency may reject or accept bids under PPRA rules and will open online bids at the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
