Municipal Committee Samundri e-Procurement Tender — Renovation of General Bus Stand (FY 2026-27)

Municipal Committee Samundri invites electronic bids through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System for the renovation of the General Bus Stand for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (single stage – single envelope).

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Only firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possessing valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27 are eligible.
- Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System and comply with its registration guidelines (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-Procurement).
- Bidders shall complete and sign/stamp required forms in the bidding documents before electronic submission.
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Performance security will be required in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected.

- Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-10-19 up to 02:30 PM.
- Bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 03:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender-opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
