Education City Project (Investment Department, Government of Sindh) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified district cooling developers/operators, investors, energy companies, infrastructure developers, engineering firms and consortiums/JVs for the development, financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a District Cooling System (DCS) for Education City, particularly the Special Technology Zone (STZ).
