The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Government of Pakistan, publishes the draft "Remuneration of Board Members of the Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority Regulations, 2026" under powers conferred by section 32 of the Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority Act, 2024. Objections or suggestions from any person are invited to be submitted by post within fifteen days of publication for the Authority's consideration.
The draft regulations cover short title and commencement, definitions, fees for attendance, travel and daily allowances, travel arrangements by the Authority, procedures for processing expenditure claims, and payment methods.

| Fees for attendance | Board meeting: Rs. 100,000 per member; Committee meeting constituted by the Board: Rs. 60,000 per member. Two or more consecutive meeting days are treated as one meeting. The Secretary's certificate is conclusive proof of presence. |
| Travel & daily allowance | CCRA will provide or arrange travel, boarding and lodging or reimburse out-of-pocket expenses on production of original receipts; Secretary of the Board will verify receipts and claims. |
| Travel arrangements | Secretary of the Board or an authorised senior official shall make travel, boarding and lodging arrangements and the CCRA will make payment as verified by the Secretary. |
| Claims processing | Members must attach tax invoice/receipt of hotel or other valid travel documents and relevant proofs; CCRA will verify and pay upon verification. |
| Payment method | All payments shall be made through cross cheque or wire transfer to the account of the member. |
