PKLI Tender: Procurement of Kidney & Urology Consumables (Framework Contract)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from original manufacturers, local sole distributors of local manufacturers, or authorized distributors of foreign principals registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for supply of Kidney & Urology consumables under a framework contract.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on PKLI and Punjab e‑procurement/PPRA websites. E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). The tender was uploaded on PPRA and Punjab e‑procurement on 2026-09-18.

Key conditions: bid validity 180 days; bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost as required; in case a public holiday falls on submission/opening day the next working day will apply. Hard copies are not required; the procuring agency is not responsible for technical or internet failures during submission. All procurements will follow PPRA rules and PKLI procurement procedures.
