Eligibility highlights: firms must have completed three assignments of similar nature; cumulative turnover of at least PKR 50,000,000 in the three preceding years; presence on the Active Tax Payer List; BRA registration certificate; SECP registration; the bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; joint ventures must have at least eight years of experience.
Only financial proposals of consultants whose technical proposals are approved will be opened.
