Tender: Rehabilitation of Ruch & Mamihoti Canals, Sohbatpur (Package-1) — Balochistan

Project Director, Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System, Naseerabad invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for rehabilitation works for Year 2026 on percentage rates based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023. Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOB).

Eligibility and qualification requirements:

• Presence on the Active Tax Payer List.
• Bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
• Bidder must have completed a minimum number of similar assignments (document references state completion of 7 similar assignments and at least 7 similar projects in the last 10 years).
• Minimum turnover of at least 600,000,000 PKR in three consecutive previous years demonstrating financial capacity.
• If bidding as a joint venture, a JV agreement is required.
• Bidder must have completed at least one head regulator project in the last 10 years; that project must be at least 80% similar and cost at least 10 million PKR.

Procedure and submission:

• Procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope bidding.
• Bid security: 2% in the form of a bank guarantee/deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
• Tender documents: Can be obtained electronically from the procurement portal. Complete bidding document can be viewed on the issuing website.
• Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the Electronic Public Procurement System.
