BOP Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation Works at Multiple Branches – Bid Deadline 2026-10-08

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab – Head Central Procurement. The Bank invites technical and financial bids under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding process from reputed contractors/companies for renovation works at the following BOP branches.

Key procurement details:

• Bid documents are available free of charge on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.
• Submission: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-08 by 11:00 AM (technical bids).
• Technical bid opening: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM; bidders or authorized representatives may attend the opening.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted digitally via 1Link / Bank Guarantee options through a generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or submission. Complaints can be filed via SBP’s Sunwai service: https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
