Notice to Shareholders: Submit IBAN for Final Cash Dividend (FY 2025-26)

Shareholders are notified that the company's final cash dividend for the financial year 2025-26 will be transferred electronically. Shareholders who have not yet submitted their bank account IBANs and required identity documentation should provide their IBAN and a copy of CNIC/bank mandate so the dividend can be paid directly into their bank accounts. Payments will be made after applicable withholding in accordance with tax provisions.
