Tender: Rehabilitation Works — Municipal Committee Burewala (e‑Bids)

Municipal Committee Burewala invites e‑Bids from contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (E‑PADS) and with relevant tax registrations for rehabilitation works. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login.

All e‑bids must be accompanied by a Bid‑Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost and submitted electronically in accordance with PPRA instructions. No physical bid security will be accepted. Bidders must upload complete e‑bids (PDF) on the e‑Procurement portal as per the schedule below. Bids will be opened online.

Single‑stage single‑envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per applicable PPRA rules. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. If the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% below the approved estimate, the lowest bidder will be required to deposit performance security as per PPRA rules within the specified timeframe.
