Shareholders holding shares in CDC must provide Participant ID, account number and attested copies of CNIC to the Registrar or the Company as required for attendance, voting and dividend payment. Shareholders entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy; proxy forms must be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the meeting. Shareholders wishing to participate by video link should submit the required requests and documentation at least 48 hours before the meeting as instructed by the Company.
