Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for the contractual post of Director General (Law) on a merit basis. Appointment is initially for 2 years on contract and may be extended. Age relaxation as per government policy; maximum age limit: 50 years.

| Qualification | LL.B. and LL.M. from a recognized university; LL.M. from a foreign university preferred. |
| Experience & Requirements | At least 7 years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court. Substantial litigation experience and transactional/corporate legal work. In‑house legal experience in a government department or public sector organization preferred. Minimum of two reported judgments and appearances in at least 30 High Court cases. Experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment or public‑sector litigation is an advantage. Strong legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation and case‑management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal department and supervise external counsel. |
