Allawasaya: Notice of 69th Annual General Meeting

Allawasaya has called its 69th Annual General Meeting for shareholders.

The meeting will be held on 2026-06-28 at 11:30 AM. Shareholders may obtain the company’s annual report and the Standard Request Form from the company website (www.allawasaya.com/urdu/annual_reports.html).

Share transfer books and the register of members will be closed for the purpose of determining entitlement to attend and vote at the meeting from 2026-06-22 to 2026-06-28 (inclusive).

Shareholders should submit proxy forms and other required documents to the company secretary by email at [email protected] or to the share registrar at [email protected]. Proxies must be received at least 48 hours before the meeting.

The notice refers to compliance with applicable SECP requirements and directs shareholders to use the company website for forms and further instructions.
