The Registrar of the Banking Court, Mirpurkhas (Muhammad Islam) announces a public auction under Execution No. 2026/247 for sale of a mortgaged property: Bungalow No. 1340/1, Muhammad Ali Jinnah/Hyderabad Road, Samhoon Gama, Mirpurkhas, in proceedings against Mesrs Abdul Jabbar, Tawakkal Ali and Sardar Khan Lashari.
The open auction will be held at the Mirpurkhas branch office on 2006-07-21 at 00:30. The property is offered on an "as is, where is" basis; interested bidders must deposit 25% security before the auction (no cheques accepted). Sale is subject to court approval and the conditions announced by the Registrar.
