Attock Cement Pakistan Limited has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of shareholders to be held on 29 September 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Only shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register of members as at the close of business on 20 September 2026 will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.

The meeting will consider and seek shareholder approval for matters recommended by the Board, including corporate actions and a scheme requiring approvals under the Companies Act, 2017 and related regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
