Participation, proxies and electronic attendance:
Any member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy; proxy instrument must be received by the Company not later than 48 hours before the meeting. CDC account holders must follow SECP-prescribed guidelines, including producing original CNIC/passport or, for corporates, board resolution/power of attorney with specimen signature when attending.
Shareholders who wish to attend and participate via video-link must register by email, providing the requested particulars (name, company name, CNIC, folio/CDC account number, cell number and registered email address) and a valid copy of CNIC. Registration emails should be sent to [email protected] with the subject "Registration for AGM".
Registration deadline for video-link participation: 2026-10-18.
Video conference facility: If members holding at least 10% of voting rights request video conferencing at least 10 days prior to the AGM, the Company will arrange a facility in the relevant city subject to availability; a form is provided for requesting video conference facility.

- Shareholders holding physical share certificates are required to convert them into book-entry form in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017 and SECP circulars.
