Office of Additional Chief Engineer (Army), 4 Corps Lahore Cantt (Military Engineer Services) invites sealed tenders for multiple works for CMH Lahore, Lahore Cantt, Pattoki and Chunian Cantt. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and on approved MES/Provincial/National contractor lists may apply as per the conditions below.

Key submission and eligibility instructions:
- Contractors must submit an application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as listed in the notice. Applications should reach the issuing office before 2016-10-20.
- Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized firms on 2016-10-21.
- Completed tenders must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 11:30 hrs on 2016-10-29; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs the same day.
- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is outstanding against them.
- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and will submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Contractors must be borne on an approved list of MES in Category 'C' and above and have relevant experience of similar works.
- Contractors must furnish proof of being on approved lists (MES / Housing Directorate / FWO / C&W Dept / renowned civil firms), audited financial statements, details of skilled personnel & equipment/plant of similar works executed or in hand for the last three years, and works costing over Rs. 5 million as per the proforma.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders under Rule 33(1) of PPRA rules.
