Nazir Cotton Mills Limited — Notice of 51st Annual General Meeting

Nazir Cotton Mills Limited announces its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the Company’s Registered Office: Tricon Corporate Centre, Office No. 702, 7th Floor, 73-E, Main Jail Road, Gulberg‑II, Lahore, and via video link.

Ordinary business includes receipt and adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports, and appointment/reappointment of auditors (Audit Committee and Board have recommended the reappointment of M/s Kamran & Co., Chartered Accountants). Special business includes ratification and approval of transactions with related parties and authority to the Chief Executive to approve related-party transactions for the 2026–27 financial year.

The Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 are available to members and on the company website. Shareholders may register for video participation, obtain meeting materials, or contact the company via the website or the corporate email provided.

Shareholders are requested to notify any change in their addresses to the Company’s Share Registrar, follow CDC guidelines if shares are in CDC account, provide required documentation for dividend payments (electronic mandate), and submit Zakat declaration if applicable. Proxies and powers of attorney must be deposited at the Registered Office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
