Notice: NADRA Succession Application for Plot No. 125 — PECHS Valencia Lahore

The Secretary of PECHS Valencia, Lahore issues a public notice that a NADRA succession application has been received to transfer ownership of Property No. 125 following the death of Shaheen Ittifaq (wife of Hamd Ashfaq) on 2024-05-27. Legal heirs named in the application are Muhammad Ashfaq (husband), Muhammad Asad (son), Muhammad Hassan (son) and Zara Ashfaq (daughter).

Any person, party or institution having objections to transferring the above property in the names of the stated legal heirs should submit documentary proof and objections to the Secretary at PECHS Valencia, A6 Block H Commercial Zone, Valencia, Lahore or by contacting [email protected] / 042-35180874 within 15 days of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, the society will proceed with the transfer and will not accept objections thereafter.
