Military Engineer Services (4 Corps Lahore Cantt) Notice of Tender for CMH & ACE 4 Corps Works

Issuer: Office of the Additional Chief Engineer (Army), 4 Corps, Lahore Cantt. Sealed tenders are invited for multiple civil and mechanical works for Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Lahore and ACE 4 Corps jurisdictions.

Application & tender procedure: Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as required (see serial 07). Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms meeting experience and other conditions required for the job area. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 2026-10-21. Completed tenders must reach the accepting officer by 1130 hrs on 2026-10-29; tender opening will be at 1200 hrs on 2026-10-29.

Eligibility & conditions: Contractors must provide a certificate declaring no involvement in litigation with Government Departments and no adverse reports. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must be on the approved list of MES in Category 'C' and above or have equivalent experience. Applications should include proof of being on approved lists (MES/Housing Directorate/FWO/C&W Deptt/renowned civil firms), financial statements, list of skilled personnel, plant/equipment and details of similar works executed or in hand over the last three years costing over PKR 5 million (per proforma).

Other notes: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with under relevant PPRA rules. Further terms, bid security and detailed submission requirements are included in the tender documents issued by the office.
