Artistic Denim Mills Limited has issued a notice convening its Annual General Meeting and invites shareholders to attend, participate and exercise voting rights. The company also publishes its 2026 annual report and provides e‑voting and proxy submission options for shareholders.

Shareholders and CDC/beneficial owners may attend the meeting or appoint a proxy. Proxy forms should include shareholder name, folio/CDC participant & account number, number of shares, CNIC and signature, and be submitted as instructed by the company. CDC account holders should provide participant ID and account number as required. Original CNICs should be presented when attending.
