Call for Concept Notes — Challenge Fund for Textile SMEs (GIZ/EU) – Grants for Punjab & Sindh

Issuer: Implemented by GIZ and co-funded by the European Union and BMZ in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, Pakistan under the Better Governance and Business Environment (BGBE) programme. The fund offers matching grants to export-oriented SMEs in textiles, apparel, leather, sports goods and surgical instruments to scale innovation and green production practices.

What to do: 15 SMEs in Punjab and Sindh will receive matching grants in the first round (grant awards from €30,000 up to a maximum of €100,000; SMEs must contribute at least 50% of the proposed project cost in cash or in-kind). Eligible SMEs should be duly registered (SECP/FBR), manufacturing/processing enterprises with turnover below the stated threshold and meeting technical and management criteria. Submit concept notes online via the Good Grants Portal and register before the closing date. Deadline: 2026-08-10.
