Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) has decided to exempt the mandatory requirement of having passed the MDCAT as a pre-requisite for Pakistani students seeking admission into foreign medical and dental institutions. The decision was made by the PM&DC Council in its meeting held on 14th September 2026.
