Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids for on-site repair, oil leakage treatment and material maintenance of power transformers at various FESCO grid stations. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding method. Eligible bidders include WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCO-approved manufacturers/suppliers pre-qualified/registered with PEPCO/NTDC/DISCO or non-prequalified/un-registered manufacturers in required categories; bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.
Submission and opening dates (local time): receipt of bids 11:00 AM on 2026-10-27; bid opening 11:30 AM on 2026-10-27. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS V2.0) portal. Bid security and other conditions apply; bids shall be valid for 120 days.
