Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites proposals from suitably qualified senior aviation professionals for engagement as a Senior Aviation Advisor to provide strategic advice and implementation support on aviation strategy, governance, regulatory-framework interfaces and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include advising on aviation strategy, governance, operational improvement and institutional reform; supporting coordination among PCAA, MOD, PAA, ASF, FIA, ANF, customs, airlines, airports and other stakeholders; airport operations, passenger facilitation, service delivery, ground handling, navigation and inter-agency bottleneck resolution; prioritizing modernization initiatives, digitization and automation; preparing executive briefs, concept papers, estimates and monitoring implementation; conducting airport visits and delivering workshops, coaching and knowledge transfer.
