Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites technical and financial proposals for the engagement of a Senior Aviation Advisor to provide strategic advice and implementation support on operational effectiveness, institutional reforms, airport operations and facilitation, inter-agency coordination, regulatory-operator interfaces and related priority aviation-sector initiatives. Initial contract period two (02) years, extendable for a further two years subject to mutual agreement.
