Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids (E-PADS V2.0) from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27 for two deposit works. Bids to be submitted and opened online via E-PADS on 2026-10-29 as shown below.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:
- Contractors must hold valid PEC registration (renewed for 2026-27) with the required category and specialization code.
- The bidder must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature successfully (as main contractor) within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs; the consolidated value of those contracts must exceed 40% of the estimated/BOQ cost.
- Bidders must be active on the ATL and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years. Contractors must submit Sales Tax registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority where applicable.
- Bid security: 5% of BOQ amount in favor of Project Director (GSC) FESCO Faisalabad. Original call deposit receipt (bid security) must be submitted to the office of the Project Director one day before opening of E-Bids as per instructions on E-PADS.
- Bids to be submitted online via FESCO E-PADS in single-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules.
