Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Tenancy Rights for Shops No.1 & 2, Anwar Chowk

The Office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt notifies that, according to office records, tenancy rights of Shop No.1 and Shop No.2 (Main Shop) at Anwar Chowk, Wah Cantt are recorded in the name of the late Raja Faiz-ur-Rahman (son of Raja Noor Muhammad Khan), who died on 2007-09-17. Succession certificate No. 89/26 dated 06.09.2026 has identified legal heirs who have applied for transfer of the tenancy rights into their names.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt office within 15 days of this notice’s publication, either by registered post or by presenting it in person; otherwise the transfer will proceed under the rules and subsequent appeals will not be admissible.
