FESCO Invitation for E‑Bids (E‑PADS) — Tender Nos. 34 & 35 for Civil/Electrical Works, Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e‑bids (E‑PADS V2.0) for two deposit works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required specialization code and meet the eligibility, experience, turnover and bid security requirements listed below. E‑bids are to be uploaded on FESCO e‑PADS; original bid security must be submitted to the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad as instructed.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

- PEC registration renewed for the year 2026‑27 with the category and specialization code as specified for each tender.

- Identity and contractor/firm details (contractor/Managing Partner/Director) to be provided.

- Minimum experience: completion of at least two contracts of similar nature as main contractor within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs; consolidated value of these contracts must exceed 40% of estimated BOQ cost.

- Active taxpayer status with submission of Income Tax Returns for the last three years and registration for Sales Tax/Punjab revenue as applicable.

- Average annual turnover for the last three years should be at least half of the BOQ amount quoted for the work; bidders must demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value and provide bank statements for the last year.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the BOQ amount in favor of Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad. Bid security (call deposit receipt) must be submitted one day before opening of e‑bids to the Project Director’s office.

- Bid validity: 150 days. Bids will be opened on the specified date; in case of a public holiday/unannounced closure the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
