Punjab Small Industries Corporation Tender: Establishment of Small Industries Estate, Quaidabad (Group-1)

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites e-tenders from well‑reputed and experienced firms/contractors for the establishment of Small Industries Estate, Quaidabad (Group‑1).

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Tendering will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Eligibility: valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the current year in the relevant category, legal entity registration (SECP/Registrar of Firms or government organization), valid tax certificates (FBR, PRA), and a judicial-stamp-paper undertaking that the firm has never been blacklisted by PSIC.

- Earnest money (3.5% of tender cost) must be uploaded on the e‑procurement portal before bid closing.

- Bidding documents containing technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on the PSIC website (www.psic.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e‑Procurement portal.

- Rates for each individual item must be filled by the contractor. Documents must be completed in English and submitted online on the Punjab e‑Procurement system by 2026-10-23 not later than 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-10-23 in Committee Room, 1st Floor, PSIC House, 23‑A Davis Road, Lahore, in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.

- Applicants must upload/verify registration on the Punjab PPRA/e‑procurement portal and submit the required judicial-stamp-paper undertaking. Failure to submit required CDR/earnest money will render the bid non‑responsive.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of bid submission. If a public holiday is announced on submission/opening date, the next working day will be considered.
