PHED Killa Abdullah Invites Tenders for Two Water Supply Schemes (Package I & II)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (PHED), Killa Abdullah invites online sealed competitive-rate tenders through the Balochistan electronic procurement system for construction of water supply schemes in various locations of District Killa Abdullah.

Eligibility and submission highlights:

• Eligible bidders: PEC‑registered firms/contractors with appropriate category (C‑4 or higher) and relevant multidisciplinary specialization for water supply/tube‑well works.
• Must be registered with tax authorities (NTN/GST/where applicable) and Balochistan Revenue Authority as required; demonstrate past experience, technical capability and financial standing.
• Tender documents, detailed eligibility criteria and submission instructions are available on the Balochistan electronic public procurement system (BEPPS/Balochistan portal). Tender fee and bid security are required; bid security of 3% of estimated cost to be furnished as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHED, Killa Abdullah.
• All bids must be submitted online through the provincial e‑procurement system; scanned fee/bid security receipts must be uploaded as specified.
