Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — Contract CEO Vacancy for Islamabad-Based Corporate Organization

An Islamabad-based progressive corporate sector organization invites applications from Pakistani nationals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis for a period determined by the Board of Directors.

Key requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace), Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS, or related disciplines, preferably combined with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience with at least 5 years at C-level (preferably as CEO/Head of organization) managing substantial business volumes.

Role and responsibilities

Lead business transformations and turnarounds; manage diverse public and private-sector stakeholders; drive top-line growth through innovative, measurable interventions; improve bottom-line performance across the value chain; provide leadership blending private and public-sector experience—preferably in space & satellite technologies, engineering operations, manufacturing and technology development projects; lead joint ventures, contract negotiations and financial management; and ensure quality client service delivery.

Technical and personal skills

Proficiency in turning digital data into actionable insights for planning and data-driven decision making; strong MS Office and data analytics skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills in Urdu and English, high energy, sociable personality, strong negotiation skills, proactive business approach and inclusive team leadership style.

Terms, age and other conditions

Age limit: 45–62 years on the closing date of the advertisement. Market-based salary will be offered as recommended by the Selection Board. Candidates in government service must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate at interview; public-sector appointees must resign if selected.
