Auction of Unserviceable Stores, Vehicle Spares, Scrap & Packing Materials at CMT & SD Golra — 20–22 Oct 2026

On the direction of the Commandant CMT & SD Golra, M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co will conduct an auction of used and unserviceable/obsolete stores, vehicle spares, scrap, packing materials (jerricans & barrels) and vehicles on an "as is where is" basis.

Key terms and bidder requirements:

- Competent Authority may reject or cancel any accepted or all bids without reason.

- All bidders/visitors must present original CNIC (with a photocopy) for entry to the depot.

- Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total sale amount on the spot/same day; remaining 75% and applicable taxes (GST, income tax, other government taxes) must be deposited to the auctioneer within the prescribed timeframe for onward deposit into the Government Treasury. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

- Government taxes must be deposited to FTN-90107040-4; bids will not be accepted without compliance.

- Successful bidders must provide firm/company letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms and CNIC copies as required.

- Successful bidders are responsible for removal of auctioned lots from CMT & SD Golra and POL Depot Sihala premises at their own expense; no third-party removals will be allowed. Storage charges will apply for delays. Dismantling and handling of obsolete items and containers is at the buyer’s risk and cost.
