Public Notice: Claims Against M/s MYCO Engineers Construction — DHA Bahawalpur

Issuer: Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Bahawalpur.

Purpose: DHA Bahawalpur issues a public notice concerning M/s MYCO Engineers Construction in relation to an agreement/contract with the authority. Persons or firms asserting any claim, right or dues arising out of the said agreement are required to submit written claims with supporting documentary evidence within 15 days from the publication of this notice. If no claim is received within the stipulated period, DHA Bahawalpur will decide the matter ex parte and proceed accordingly.

Action required: Submit written claim and documentary proof within 15 days. Claims received after the period will not be entertained.
