How to obtain documents: Bid documents are available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and on the PPRA website and may be downloaded free of cost.
Submission method: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Deadlines and opening: Bids will be accepted on the Punjab e-Procurement System until 2026-10-28 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened by a committee on 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
Bid security and requirements: Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is to be paid/generated digitally (1Link / Bank Guarantee) via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids.
Other notes: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in submission of bid documents. Complaints can be filed via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
