Commandant CMT & SD Golra has authorized M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co to conduct a public auction of used/unserviceable/obsolete stores, scrap, vehicle spares, packing materials (jerricans & barrels) and vehicles.

| Deposit on award | Successful bidders to deposit 25% of total sale amount immediately on spot; remaining 75% within 7 days. |

| Documentation | Successful bidders to provide 5 copies on firm/company letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms and CNIC copies. |
| Removal | Bidders must remove auctioned lots themselves from CMT & SD Golra and POL Depot Sihala within a fortnight (working days) including auction days; failure may incur penalties and forfeiture of deposit. |
| Demilitarization | If required, bidders will de-militarize/cut items into pieces and transport with required signatures and details in their own vehicle. |
| Authority | Competent authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all bids without reason. |
| Removal restriction | No other persons will be allowed to remove auctioned lots on behalf of successful bidders. |
