Shalamar Hospital Sealed-Bid Sale of Used Ambulances (Mercedes-Benz & FAW)

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences / Shalamar Hospital invites sealed bids for the sale of used/second-hand ambulances on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.

Submission: Sealed bids clearly marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital by 2026-10-15 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM at the COO office in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Bid security / Earnest money: Rs. 100,000 per vehicle in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque in favor of Businessmen Hospital Trust. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 2026-11-16 via cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft. Earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the purchase price.

Payment & transfer: Successful bidder must deposit the balance sale amount within 5 working days of acceptance. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses are payable by the successful bidder. Vehicles will be handed over after full payment and completion of required formalities.

Right to reject: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
