RFP: Consultancy for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision — District Upper Dera Bugti

Chief Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites Request for Proposals under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for consultancy services for detailed design and construction supervision of development works in District Upper Dera Bugti. Only electronic bids will be submitted through the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS); no physical bids are required.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with FBR for income tax and PRA, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), be registered with PEC as a consulting engineering firm, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding (technical then financial). Financial proposals of technically responsive firms will be opened after technical evaluation.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost as specified in the RFP. Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically via ePPS. Deadline for submission is 2016-10-26 by 11:00 AM; technical proposals will be opened on 2016-10-26 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidder representatives.
