How to Obtain Documents & Submit: Tender documents and blank tender forms are available from the Procurement Office and downloadable from QUEST and SPPRA websites from the date of issuance. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
