The Government of Balochistan, Forests & Wildlife, in collaboration with the Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA), invites sealed proposals (International Competitive Bidding) to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer (DBFOMT) the Balochistan Carbon Offset Project (BCOP) under a PPP concession.
