Government of Balochistan Forests & Wildlife, in collaboration with the Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA), invites sealed proposals from qualified national and international bidders to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer (DBFOMT) the Balochistan Carbon Offset Project (BCOP). The project covers Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR) of coastal mangrove ecosystems.
