E-Tender No. 03/2026 — Procurement of Cancer Medicines, Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital Larkana

Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (LINAR), Larkana invites bids/offers under a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure for the purchase of drugs/medicines for cancer patients and the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal L/F.A Program for FY 2026-27 from reputed pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, firms and suppliers from across Pakistan as per SPPRA rules.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with DRAP, FBR and Sales Tax Department and have a minimum of 3 years' supply experience in reputable hospitals.

Pre-qualification/Application Fee: PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favour of "Larkana Cancer Society LINAR".

Submission & Opening: All bids/offers shall be submitted on SPPRA EPADS as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the scheduled time.
