The Murree Improvement Trust gives public notice that Plot No. 206 (area 10 Marla), originally transferred on 25/04/1985 in favour of Khalid Mahmood son of Muhammad Sulaiman (resident House 1352/P, Rawalpindi), is the subject of an application to transfer title to his legal heirs following his death on 18/12/2019.
The named legal heirs include Shamim Khalid, Saima Khalid (daughter), Sabeel Khalid (son), Uzma/Azmi Khalid (daughter), Waleed Khalid (son), Ahmed Khalid (son), Sarah Khalid (daughter) and Muhammad Zain Khalid (son). Any bank, financial institution or person having an objection or claim must submit a written reply to the office of the Murree Improvement Trust, Murree within 15 days; otherwise the transfer to the above legal heirs will be effected.
